Some are slightly different versions.
Dust Collection Splitter May or may NOT fit your saw after some modifying by cutting the bottom metal tang with an angle grinder. Try at your own risk but I get a lot of questions about it so I decided to include it on this list.
Incra Tablesaw Fence Accuracy down to 1/1000". Perfect for the "jewelry box maker", and even doubles as a fence for my router table. With lots of moving parts for adjustability, its not as fast or stout as the legendary Biesmeyer... If you are a contractor who regularly throws full sheets of plywood against your fence, this is not ideal.
Cyclone Dust Separator This plus a standard shop vacuum is all I have for dust collection and it is more than adequate. This cyclone keeps 99% of dust from even reaching the vacuum, which prevents the filter from clogging. I usually empty this several times before I need to clean the vacuum.
Remote Switches I attach these to my belt loop while I'm working so I can control things like my dust collector and lights for filming.
Hose Reel You'll love the ability to just pull your air hose down from the wall or ceiling whenever you use a nail gun or air chuck.
Featherboard Easily adjustable feather board to keep safe and looks pretty cool too.
Stacking Featherboard For taller stock or boards on edge. Also great for the router table and re-sawing on the bandsaw.
Miter Gauge The most basic miter gauge from Incra but I love that I can make my own "sacrificial" fences for it. Just rip strips of plywood or MDF and screw them on, and then cut through them as much as you want before replacing.
Ripping Table Saw Blade Dedicated blade for extremely smooth rip cuts and the thin kerf means your saw uses less power, creates less sawdust, and doesn't waste as much stock.
Combo Tablesaw Blade A great general purpose blade.
Dado Set The ultimate dado stack for joinery.
Link Belt This best replaces the V belt on your tablesaw, bandsaw, drill press, jointer, etc. Greatly reduces vibration and noise. Awesome upgrade especially for older machines.
Digital Angle Gauge "Must have" item for setting machines up with the perfect angle. For example, place it on your tablesaw table, hit zero, then stick it (magnetically) to your blade to make sure it is at a perfect 90 degrees, 45 for miters, etc.
Shop Vacuum This is the shop vacuum I use for all of my dust collection. Its always had plenty of power for my small shop. But I would say the addition of a cyclone separator is a must.
Router Lift Big-time splurge item, but total game changer. The router table is probably my favorite machine in my shop. You'll see me use this multiple times in every project.
Router Motor This thing is huge, and extremely powerful. Definitely a pro-level router motor. I actually got mine used years ago and did not pay much for it. But I'm listing it here because of all the questions I get.
Safety Paddle Switch These safety switches can be shut off by bumping with your knee. I put one on my router table so I can stop the bit before taking my hands off the workpiece.
Specialty Router Bit One of my favorite bits for shaping natural looking rounders on edges. This bit is HUGE and must be used on a powerful table-mounted router motor.
Rabbet Router Bit Set This is one router bit that comes comes with several bearings for cutting rabbets in different sizes. Very useful.
Bandsaw Bearing Guides This is a major upgrade from the traditional guide blocks found on many older saws.
Bandsaw Tires The tires one older saws can dry, crack and wear out. These replacements will keep your blade running true.
Bandsaw Tension Spring If you have an older bandsaw, the spring may not give you the tension you need for straight cuts.
Rolling Base This base makes your machinery mobile. You can change the length and width to customize it for a tablesaw, jointer, bandsaw, etc.
Drum Sander I have the SuperMax 16-32 and I love it. I recommend also getting the extension tables.
Extension Tables These are the optional in-feed and out-feed tables for the SuperMax 16-32 drum sander. They drop down when not in use.
Spindle & Belt Sander This oscillating spindle sander & belt sander is another machine I could not live without. Amazing for refining curves and removing saw marks from the bandsaw.
Incra Track This Incra Track System is what I use as a fence on my miter saw station. The stops are infinitely adjustable for extreme accuracy, and the "teeth" make it your cuts perfectly repeatable.
Incra T-Track Plus I use this stuff for jigs such as the fence on my drill press table.
Incra T-Track Use for jigs all over the shop, mostly in my CNC table.
Keyboard for CNC I use this little bluetooth keyboard for jogging my CNC. It's attached with small velcro strips so I can remove it for charging.
Scroll Saw Heavy duty scroll saw but capable of doing some very fine work.
Deadman Foot Switch This switch can be attached to tools like a scroll saw, drill press, etc so you can start and stop the machine without taking your hands off the workpiece.
Air Filter These air filters are mostly useful for removing the smallest and most dangerous particles from the air before they get to your lungs.
Tiny Roundover Bit This tiny router bit is useful for smoothing over edges, especially after they are cut on the CNC. Its only 1/8" so it can get into some pretty tight corners.
Cross-Cut Blade This tablesaw blade will give you extremely clean cross-cuts in hardwoods. I save it for only the most critical cuts.
Drill + Driver If you've never used an impact driver you don't know what you're missing. This is a great starter set of quality cordless tools.
HVLP You haven't seen me use this on camera very much but I love this setup for clear finishes. I mostly used it when I was remodeling my house, and sprayed a lot of built-ins. Great system.
Track Saw Festool... the king of track saws. It's an amazing machine and if you're in a small shop, it might even replace your table saw depending on what kind of work you do. Quick, accurate, straight cuts and the dust collection is amazing when you connect it to your vac.
Domino Jointer When you need it, you need it. Festool created a whole new category for this tool. If you are doing furniture production, this will be your primary weapon.
Jig Saw A jig saw is one of those tools that many people start with before they get a bandsaw. But even a well-fitted shop will have a use for the humble jig saw from time to time.
1" Belt Sander + Disk Sander I love this little machine. Its great for quickly cleaning up edges and small shaping operations. I especially like the dust collection ports that I can connect to my vac.
Glue Gun Its just one of those extremely useful tools that you'll be glad you have. I use if for jigs all the time, but I also use it to attach drawer fronts until I can secure the screws.
Sharpener I use this "Workshop 3000" for sharpening all of my chisels and plane blades. I would recommend purchasing a few extra glass plates so you can keep dedicated grits on them. Also, you can get off-brand self-adhesive sanding disks to save money and just trim them down a bit so they fit better.
Random Orbit Sander Another "can't live without" tool for me. I also would never get a sander that couldn't be connected to my shop vacuum hose.
Pin Nailer This pin nailer or "micro pinner" shoots tiny brads that are so small they virtually disappear. They don't even have heads. They have enough holding power for lightweight trim, or to keep things in place until the glue dries.
Oscillating Multi-Tool The blade basically just vibrates, but you'd be shocked at how well it cuts. You can "plunge" right into the material with it. Especially useful in softer materials such as softwoods or drywall. But there are all kinds of different blades and attachments that you can get for different applications.
